Growing Stronger Together
Through our 2022-2023 Cancer Center Campaign, we hope to raise funds for several key projects at the NRMC Cancer Center including a PET Scanner, Bell Tower, and Serenity Garden.
PET Scanner
As part of our newest campaign, the NRMC Foundation would like to bring the powerful imaging technology of a positron emission tomography (PET) scanner to the Cancer Center. A PET Scanner is especially helpful in detecting cancer, monitoring during or after treatment, and determining the extent of cancerous cells.
Bell Tower
Across the country, the ringing of a bell has come to symbolize a cancer patients successful completion of treatments. To commemorate this important milestone the Foundation will install a beautiful belltower where patients, families, and caregivers can join together in celebration.
Serenity Garden
The Foundation wants to fund a Serenity Garden where patients and families can relax and find a sense of peace. The beauty of this tranquil environment will help further the healing process.
